Not just a caravan, but a holiday home. Ideal for a couple or a young family on this popular 5 star camp site

the awning is fully lined, both ceiling and wall, the floor is top quality Spanish tiles, the base of the van is sealed. Big enough to hold two large sofas, a dining table and four chairs, a wall unit for 32 inch TV and sound system, all included.

All you need to move in is to bring your clothes and bed sheets. the caravan itself is a standard German Hobby unit with original cooking range and central heating, although we have never used them, also in the van is a fixed king size bed and a convertible double bed, the flushing toilet is full size and is plumbed in. loads of cupboard space, original fridge and microwave oven both built in.

We only use the van for sleeping, for showers the site toilets and showers are spotless and are nearby, only 50 yards away

In winter you could cook on the caravan range, although we have never used it. 

the site is a well established corner pitch with a growing hedge and flowers, also a large sun shield is fitted to keep off the summer heat, a must in high season July/August. 

On the outside the patio is "L" shaped with patio space at rear and side of the van, at the rear and corner is a fully fitted kitchen built into a metal hut, complete with two ring stove, fridge/freezer, small electric oven, toaster and full range of pans, cutlery and plates . also there is a large bar-b-q with two main burners and side ring. the advantage of outside kitchen  is cooking smells do not stay inside the van or awning, also in warm to hot weather we prefer the outside cooking and the bar-b-q gets used the most, also in the rear area is good for private sunbathing, clothes drying and storage for the bikes, also included, gents and ladies, the boot of the van hold the spares and tools. 

The side patio is used for outside seating and eating, a large area with four fully adjusting chairs for seating or sunbathing, metal frames and glass top table, large 2.5 meter sun brolly.

The site also has five trees that give extra shade in high summer, the site cuts these trees each year. They also have an auto watering system that keeps the hedging watered all year round.

 

The neighbors in this area are very friendly and look out for each other, better than any neighborhood watch, not that there is a security problem.

To really appreciate this holiday home it must be seen and for the price it's an ideal second home as a lot of ex-pats live on this site all year round.

RUNNING COSTS

site rent per year in two installments Euro 4200.00 that's around 3486.00 at today's rate, electric around 10.00 a month and gas around 15.00 a year depending on usage. Water and piped UK TV channels included in the rent

there is a change of ownership fee that is payable to the site, to register the pitch in your name of Euro 3000.00 (2400) You can avoid this by moving the van to another pitch, but this pitch is so well established I believe it's better staying put
